If due to any reasons you want to exchange or return the product, you may do so within 10 days from delivery with free pick up service and 24*7 Customer Support. Please note that the return will be processed only if it is not used and is in its original condition with tags and packaging. User can try on the product but is advised to take adequate measure to maintain its condition to the original. The return will be processed only after a proper quality check based on the below-mentioned points after which the electronic refund will be initiated.
- Tags are intact
- Unused or Washed Product
- Product reversed with packaging

After completing the audit we will ship back the exchanged product within 7days.
However, if the product does not pass the quality check, we will transport the product back to you. In case of replacement, we process the order only due to the following mentioned points:
- Size issue
- Quality issue
- Defective product issue
- Item or part is damaged
Replacement of the product is free of cost but subject to stock availability and your address being serviceable for an exchange.
In case of multi product order, If there is an issue with the any product delivered, a refund will be processed for that product only. Please note the following cases when a full refund is initiated:
- Item or part is damaged.
- Item is missing.
- Received a different item.
- Item did not match the product description.
If you opted COD then there will not be any refund initiated from our end in cash. We will be initiating the same in your bank account. But for payments made by credit card/Debit card/Net banking/Wallet/UPI then you will receive refunds in the same mode of payment. Refunds will be credit back within 7-10 days from requested day for Return.
Terms of Exchange and Return Requests
- Only the same product can be exchanged in different size. It cannot be replaced with another product.
- A combo order cannot be exchanged or return partially.
- To keep the hygiene maintained we can reject the request if product is found washed, soiled or worn.
- You would get only the amount you paid for the purchase.
- You will have to return the complimentary product in case of return or exchange of core product.
NOTE - If same product is available in-stock then will delivered the new replacement within maximum 7days, incase product is out of stock then will notify you & initiate full refund to the you on the same transaction, if you ordered as cash on delivery then you have to provide us bank details to initiate refund once order is picked up from you & delivered to us.
